Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5, 4.1 - As a secret service agent, user excessively beat a civilian over the head with a nightstick until he died, then tried to hide the body after the medics didn't answer a phone call.
Why should this appeal be considered?: i was following the mayors orders and he told me to dump the body so i did that and then the admin comes and bans me i will never ever do such a stupid thing again i am very sorry for what i have done if my apology gets accepted i will roleplay for real and not do stupid roleplay
