Why were you banned/blacklisted?: User harvested and took ports and attachments from planter box during an active raid and walked out in the shootout with a gun on his back wish ended up in his swift death. Did not agree with the rule in the report but agreed to give the drugs back to the raider for a lesser punishment. He then decided to disconnect in the middle of the report.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Firstly, I am sorry that I picked up my harvest when it was done when there was a raid attempt ongoing outside of my house. The cops showed up and I heard gunfire and didnt want them to find it, after I harvested and removed the stuff from my planters I went outside to speak to the police, the rule states I could remove them if I had a good chance of escape and I tried to explain this to the Moderator but there was a bit of back and forth about how the rule was broken which I think I understand more now.
Furthermore, I did offer to give back the pots and weed even though the raider was dead so as to settle the matter and move on but I did explain I had to go shortly (the ticket was open for ~ 1 hour) and I had every intention of setting things right but it was taking a while and some responses weren't received from the moderator for over 10 minutes and I couldnt wait around much longer ( I explained that i had to go)
Lastly, the reasons given in my ban are for breaking 1.6, 3.2, 3.25 but I feel that is unfair as I didnt break 1.6 I just needed further clarification on the rule and to explain myself (I had the feeling she was not happy about this...) and as a new player sometimes the rules are a little hard to fully grasp when there are a lot of them. Also, I couldnt hang around and wait for any longer for the situation to resolve as it had already taken too long and I had to go so I think 3.2 is a little unfair but I do accept that I broke 3.25 now.
I am not saying what I did was right but I felt the moderator acted harshly here considering the actual situation, the raider was already dead as far as I could hear, and I only got killed by the police because I had a gun on my back which I was hoping wouldn't of happened as I didnt point it at him anyway. I feel too many assumptions were made but regardless, I will be more careful in future. I would like to have my ban reduced if possible, please.
