Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 1.1, 2.5, 3.2, 3.4 - User was metagaming with his friends and was involved with shooting other players, wallbanging their property and harassment. Killed me in adminsit. No intent to RP at all.
Why should this appeal be considered?: First of all, I want to apologise for any incovencies I caused for the staff members or anyone else involved in this situation. Me and my friends were in a voice call on discord because we all genuinely did not know it was against the rules as perps was the first ever actual darkrp server we went on. Next time we are on the game I promise to use the in-game voice chat to communicate with them. As for the killing, I admit I got a bit too excited but the individual I killed was threatening my friend at gunpoint so in the moment I thought killing them would be a good decision. It wasn't. I regret doing this as perpheads is honestly my favourite server on the whole of gmod and I want to be able to have fun with my friends again, abiding the rules as well of course. When I got tp'd to the adminsit with Ellie my game froze and I was clicking as fast as possible to unfreeze it as I didn't want to miss out on anything the admin was saying. It wasn't my intent to shoot her but I am genuinely very sorry that I did. My friend was also with me and he tried picking up my gun but not for the purpose of killing Ellie again as there was no point because she'd just teleport back. Again, I am very sorry for what happened and I am requesting to have a less severe punishment as three months is a bit over the top. It's been almost two weeks since that incident. When I get back on the server, I'll promise to both myself and the staff team that I will abide by the rules and not cause any further problems. Thank you and please consider my request.
