Why were you banned/blacklisted?: Clearly hasn't changed since his previous bans, still toxic and problematic.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I apologize for my long record spanning many years of bad behavior on the server. During this time, I displayed bad behavior in multiple ways, such as harassing staff members, actively neglecting server rules, and ban evading. All of these actions display a common negative attribute, which is selfishness. It was wrong of me to act selfishly and without consideration for other players. PERP is centered around community and roleplay, two areas where mutual respect is crucial. Both of these areas were impacted by my selfish actions that is why my actions were wrong. I have grown and matured, several years have passed and this time has allowed me to reflect on how my actions impacted the experience for other players, both on the community and gameplay side. I understand why I was banned, and I understand that my previous behavior was and is unacceptable. Because of this, I hope to be able to play the gamemode that I dearly miss with a new mindset that reflects how my previous actions have impacted others.
