Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.6: Failed to value his life over receiving a citation, forcing himself to bleed out to avoid a ticket and evading medical assistance. EXTENDED: 2.5, 3.4: Hit a police officer for seemingly little to no reason, then attempted to evade and disregarded clear gunpoint for a considerable amount of time.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I'm extremely Sorry that i done something very wrong.
