Why were you punished?: Reason 1.6 3.4- User had spectated a shootout at Projex from Veikkos, putting his life at risk as he was uninvolved, when questioned regarding this, lied and stated he did not hear any shots being fired at Projex Apartments, yet there was clear shots.
Why should this appeal be considered?: The ban to be 3 days seems harsh. And to lying I didn't hear shots is not true. I got to the situation and within the minute I got escorted out. Me not hearing shots was probably due to my performance issues sometimes but I wasn't lying that I didn't hear shots. Reason why I was watching was because I wanted a courier job. And the perimeter wasn't secured so I only watched. When the cops noticed me they strictly said don't move and didn't say why and just cuffed me and moved me at the front of gas station which I stayed there until the cop cars started dissapearing. I know it is my problem to sort out the audio which I will work on it. But to be punished harshly for just getting in an area which wasn't secured and complied when I was told to leave and complied and due to my small issue with perfomance that lead to probable cause of not hearing shots seems to be bit unfair. In my defense in 1 week this is the 3rd 3.4. which could be a ban but not for 3 days. I apologise for my issues but I swear I didn't hear the shots. I only appeal for a reduced ban time to 1 day and not 3 days. I complied and listened and no harm was done.
