Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User had gunpointed RC to release their car without a sufficient enough reason to do so

Why should this appeal be considered?: Sorry for the late reply i was just waiting for my first ban to be over i just came back and seen this first i want to say that the car is stolen and the reason we gp is that me and my friend just killed a guy and pd was coming to bazzar so we was running to the car we stolen to drive away and we knew pd was gonna come so we get to the car and theres a road crew towing the car so we pull guns out we gp the roadcrew and we had whisper on and one of us had silencers so am sure it was done quietly we threaten to kill him if he dosent take the clamp off and put the guns away while he did it so the pd didnt see anything we was in a hurry and i didnt have any money at all i just bought crowbars and heals and the police was coming so we just wanted to do it quickly it was all in rp so i have no clue why am getting banned i was risking my freedom not doing that, it was the only escape from bazzar at the moment.

Additional Information: i have no clip and it was a very very long time ago so im not 100% sure of everything

Hi I was the roadcrew you gunpointed. The police was actually there and told me to take the car, then left and as I was about to hitch it, you two came up and gun pointed me. After I released it, you two not only failed to leave bazaar and leave with the vehicle immediately, after killing a guy but actually stayed there for a while because I was parked farther in the back watching you and calling the cops when you not only failed to leave bazaar, but went back inside. I don't know why you would do that. When you kill someone in a public area, you should be leaving the scene immediately if it's a criminal matter, not lingering around the area. I was actually there for 30 more seconds at least to a minute when I saw one of you running back out so I drove off.

i went back in to grab a molotov to burn the body and it wasent in a public area
