Why should this appeal be considered?: I'm a new player and I've never heard of anybody saying that i cannot use third-party applications in order to gain an advantage in-game, and I did not know that metagaming is a bannable offense.
I promise that you will not encounter such an incident again, can you please reduce the duration of my ban to a minimum time?
