Why were you banned/blacklisted: Paypal scamming and Ban evading
Why should this appeal be considered: Well it's very serious to refund paypal donation.. but but i can try to explain myself here.
I was very frustrated at the time when i refunded the donation with the server.. i don't know what was i thinking honestly i was very young back then even though everyone said im 40 in real life or something... but it is my voice and i cant do anything about it.
And next offense is ban evading that was on purpose i cant deny it i wanted to play so badly again and try out the server but of course i got caught as i should have.
I deserved that ban and i want to say sorry for that.
Next thing in this appeal is of course my long list of offenses, I would say sorry but that wouldn't justify me being so idiotic so many times.
I just want to say i want to try again if you allow me.

Also i just sent 5 euros to perpheads in paypal which i refunded back then.
