Why were you banned/blacklisted: 1.1, 3.4 - Disrespectful and toxic behavior towards a staff member. Also shot at a cop for no apparent reason during an earlier incident
Why should this appeal be considered: it has been a long time since I was active in perp, I am very nown for being a unique person, with a lot of problems and fun moments, have gone through bans and everything in perp, even though I went on from the whole thing, I also felt that I needed to apologize for my past behavior towards "Shay" and other people who have perceived me as irritating, etc. With that said, I apologize for my behavior, I apologize to Shay and the Staff team.
