Description of the idea: disallow players with the new player tag to join the PLPD until its removed
Why should this be added? (pros):
it'd help with the plpd as most of the time new player cops arent famillilar with the law locations etcra and its good to let them have some experiance first before sending them out with a badge and a gun often unsupervised and alone with a car
What negatives could this have? (cons): doesnt let sweaters into the PLPD but thats a good thing or bad depending on ur view point
