Why should this appeal be considered?: I was not told to leave and did not receive any warning about an active shoot out in the area
I saw that someone was waving a gun and another person saying shoot him in the back so i immediately thought it was some kind of mis understanding . I thought the shooter was still in the shop and TFU did not warn me to leave at all
