Why were you punished?: 3.26 - User was forced to get a weapon out of his vehicle trunk using a /me, however instead decided to gun down 3 officers when he got the firearm out.

Why should this appeal be considered?: The situation before hand was that I had gotten raided, killed the raider and then was getting charged with murder after i stored his gun inside my trunk. A1L then does "/me takes ak74u out of trunk" "/me drops on ground". After this, i'm not even sure what was going through my head, I believe i was just confused since he uncuffed me instead off taking the 74u out himself so then I've took the 74u out and killed all the cops in the room believing I was allowed to due to not being under fearrp.

I do not believe I broke 3.26 as I did not incorrectly use it, whereas i kind of "ignored" it but I believe that he had incorrectly used the /me function.

I believe A1L incorrectly used the /me function so I dont believe ive broken any rule. If you read 3.26 it states "The ‘/me’ function has to be used in a realistic fashion." and then goes on to say "or performing multiple actions within the same ‘/me’ would be deemed unrealistic." His first /me was unrealistic, he does not do anything prior via /me to it that would allow him to take the 74u out of my trunk such as searching through my pockets for my car keys. How would he take the 74u out of my trunk if my trunk is closed, locked and he doesnt have the keys? We could also argue that his "/me takes ak74u out of trunk" was also multiple /mes in one /me due to him not having keys or not using any tool that would gain him access to the trunk via his /me

Additional Information: evidence is inapplicable, i just believe that the punishment is incorrect and that he played out the situation incorrectly and is punishing me for it due to skill issue

You seem to have an unusual propensity to immediately break the rules yourself when you believe you are being wronged, though you are not a staff member, and are not in a position to make that assessment.

The action of having to unlock your car before opening the trunk is not a mechanic present in our gamemode. Trunks are accessible when the rest of the car is locked to those who have access. Officers ranked Sergeant and above have the ability to search players' trunks, which is what A1L did, as seen here:

Therefore, the only actions A1L performed via a /me were actions that are not depicted via a gamemode mechanic, which is the command's intended use, such as the action of physically removing the gun from your trunk and dropping it on the ground. You have also conveniently ignored the part about what steps to take to resist /me's. You did not meet the condition of being able to resist, as you were uncuffed merely to carry out A1L's /me. Realistically, you were still in handcuffs.
