Why were you punished?: Because she thought i had a alt and banned me because she thought my main account not alt was the main but the main was the alt that already was perm banned for alt (from console lol)

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to appeal my recent ban, which was issued on the grounds of using an alternate account. I firmly believe this ban was a mistake, as I have never engaged in such activity.
I understand the importance of maintaining community standards and preventing misuse, but I assure you that this accusation is unfounded. Please review my account activity to confirm that no violations have occurred.
And like i already said thats just not my alternate account its my main one and the other that the admin said it was my main and this here is my alt was already banned from console so yea..
I kindly request a re-evaluation of the evidence leading to this ban. I value being part of this community and would like to continue contributing positively.
