Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5 - User popped the tires of a player his friend just mugged.

Why should this appeal be considered?: Well, I wanted to ask if the admin seen the full clip, because we were planning on leaving the casino, then some guy starts talking shit about our car, my friend goes to hit his car with his fists and the guy starts to run him over. We beckon him to come out the car with guns drawn, it wasn't really supposed to be a mug, but rather a warning. Then we get him in zipties and tell him not to fuck with us and start to leave, then he says that he's gonna kill us and sick his organization on us, which angered all of us wanting to end him there we simply left him with slashed tires and went on our way. I understand we shouldn't have mugged there but I believe that in that situation, actions were needed and I wasn't expecting to come back to a ban.

I honestly thought the situation was so small that I didn't clip it, but I understand if anything, just posting here for reconsideration if possible.

I did receive the full clip. Your friend went up to his car and began punching his windows while he was driving off, and as you guys were talking shit he went to go park back up and your friend happened to be in the parking spot and was clipped, then the situation was blown out of proportion.

"Just know who you're fucking messing with, the whole org is after you now." This is verbatim what he said, and he never threatened you personally and he is obviously not a threat considering you guys ziptied him and mugged him in public. With this in mind, it is excessive negativity to shoot out his tires and disable his car over him saying that his org is after you while he is tied up, because you already mugged him in revenge for running your friend over.

So what exactly are you disputing about this ban? It sounds like a legit ban to me given the story you have provided as it is not allowed to just slash the tire's of someone you just mugged, especially in the public. You should also provide evidence of the situation please, send a clip of what happened or provide one from your demo which I can help find the name to if you need it.

After mugging the individual, it was clearly excessive to pop his tires. Him slightly hitting your friend with a car and threatening you is not proportional to take items from him, point weapons in his face and then popping his tires, costing him even more money and wasting a significant amount of time.
