Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 - User failed to comply under gunpoint And returned to the area where his life was at risk. Extended from 1 week to 2 weeks due to 1.2 slurs

Why should this appeal be considered?: none of this happened. the admin who banned me was directly involved in this situation. the clip to the situation will be listed down below in "additional information" you will see that the ban reason doesn't match up with what happened in the video. he also said that i called him the n word over call. but i only called him to ask him why he banned me. i don't have a recording of the call. but it doesn't make sense for a black buy to call up someone just to call them the n word. I'm not sure if i just sound white so he thought i was white, but it litterly doesn't make any sense. he has been targeting me the last few times I've been on, after he stole in game money from me. I've already made a staff complaint but I would just like to be able to play again. thank you.

no we do not metagame. we were opt talking about something initially that was ooc and personal. and we couldn't speak about it in game bc it didn't involve anything in game. we would never share in game information through a 3rd party. we had to take a pause when all that went down. what youre hearing, is bonnison trying to rob my friend in front of storage after he killed me. thats why you heard him say "bro i have nothing to do with this". then i think he killed him too. bc when i made an f6 about him, he opened it up and asked why the person he killed after he killed me didnt comply to gun point

I told you exactly what happened. we were on a call talking about something that has absolutely nothing to do with role play. if you really want to know what we were talking about, I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to move from Arizona all the way to Ohio. and i need his help to drive me to and from work because i wont have a vehicle when i get out there. but those are personal problems and i didnt want to get into all of that. if i was watching his stream, i wouldnt be able to move around in game like you watched me do.

I've finally had the chance to go over your demo, and I am absolutely dumbfounded as to how you believed sending the demo was a better idea than admitting to metagaming. Nearly every moment of this demo shows you two either breaking the rules or other completely objectionable behavior. In nearly all of the interactions you had with other players, you contributed almost exclusively negatively, whether it be starting a fight at the Casino and insulting others or just being uncooperative with people trying to roleplay and interact with you.

In every situation you two were alone in, not one of you spoke in-game or made any sort of effort to hide how obviously you were using a third party to communicate whilst you were growing, raiding, driving, sharing items all the way to the very end wherein at least one of you heavily broke rule 3.4. You make fun of others for their English, you attempt to kill someone outside Casino over a schoolyard insult match, you bring up things you couldn't possibly remember from your previous life, or rather your life from 17 deaths ago, and top it all off with @vanman861 blatantly refusing to surrender whilst being gun pointed. It is absolutely astonishing that you'd rather let us witness all of this than simply admit to your wrongdoings.

Because of this, 3.5 and 3.2 will be added to your bans and will be extended to 1 month.
