This is categorically untrue; you did not put your hands up immediately and only attempted to comply after 10 seconds of being gunpointed. You even took this time to casually get on org TS to call out to your friends that you were being arrested.
As for the 2.5 part of the clip, there was no evidence to suggest that you were going in for 9.2, hence, you encouraged a shootout with police over a minor situation, causing multiple players to get killed in the process.
I am satisfied that both claims of 3.4 and 2.5 are justifiable, as not only did you fail to comply under gunpoint, but you also caused multiple people to die because of it.
