Why were you punished?: no follow gunpoint
Why should this appeal be considered?: I got banned for "not complying with gunpoint" and probably because my surrender animation was bugged for him (https://medal.tv/nl/games/garrys-mod/clips/kEthaapjaNpgBjxGa?invite=cr-MSxxOUEsNjczNzc1OTk) but from my POV (https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/kEuaA4o3uIwZprcoy?invite=cr-MSwxQ1YsODg3MDg3Mg) i had surrendered and complied with his order to put my hands up. Then he ordered me to go inside my apartament,i didnt hear him clearly and was a bit confused even tryed to go inside cause i picked up the idea he wanted me in the apartament but he just didnt give me enough time to do so. I think this ban is unreasonable and also curak said that i lied to him about my headset dying,which is the reason why i didnt hear him clearly about the order to go inside my apartament,however i got the idea he wanted me inside you can clearly see me turn around and head in i even turned around to tell him im going in but he just didnt give me enough time and instantly killed me, no warning shot nothing instantly dead.
Additional Information: i legit told curack my headset wasnt working correct or bugged or something and he called me a liar, even thoe u can clearly see me trying to go inside and try to tell him im going inside but he just executes me way to quickly
