Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - The user escalated a self defense case to a shootout with cops, because the cop ran at him with a gun.

Why should this appeal be considered?: basically, this guy broke 3.4 and if he hadnt broken it then the tfo woukldnt have hgeard my shots and responded, as well as he fled to the cop under direct gunpoint and he overall js escelated the situation and me and my org wouldnt have had to wipe the rest of pd, negatively impacting them as they all had to sit through a 5 min blakcsreen

No, I did not chase you with a gun. I was trying to say in voice, with my gun in passive, that I need you to put your gun away. You started shooting me.

btw, i had just sprayed a guys car, within full vie of the tfu and the guy i shot at, literally ran to the cops clearing demonstrating he was going to snitch

I clearly and visibly had no intention of shooting you though? I would be stupid to walk into SG without holding a gun. Especially after you dumped an entire mag into a car. You could've probably talked it out if it were self defense. (I'm not going to be replying to this thread anymore)

After reviewing this with other staff members, we have come to the conclusion to deny this dispute based off you turning a self defense situation, which was confirmed within the report that it was self defense, this was then turned into a shootout. Which you didn't need to do, as you would have most likely been let go.

We also got some other evidence of you breaking character while displaying yourself in a toxic manner as a result of this, your ban will be extended to 1 month, and 1.1 and 3.21 will be added to your ban reason too. You will need to wait out the 1 month ban, as you have bad history for this, as you are already communication banned, When you come back from the ban, if you continue to be toxic and break 1.1, you will receive a much longer ban that won't be lenient.
