Why should this appeal be considered?: I was banned for 3.4 break as seen in the clip, it isn't from my POV its from a friends who was also banned for 3.4, I want this to be considered as I only returned to the seen as I was yelling that he ''shot my friend'' and to ''search him he has a glock'', the person who yaroslaw killed was punching me and Patrick and trying to antagonize us to get him to bleed so he could shoot us, as seen in the clip he kills Patrick and then gets killed, the only reason I returned to the seen was not for the pistols that were there as that is not a reason I should return, but to tell the officer that he had shot us first and it was an act of self defense, I didn't want a warrant on mine nor yaroslaw's behalf, yaroslaw was acting wild and shouldn't have killed the cop as I know I would have been able to get us out of it But what I am trying to say is this isn't me trying to commit a crime and flee, it was me trying to deem myself innocent from the act that had happened, assure Patrick doesn't get jailed and also me and yaroslaw don't get warrants, my intent was to go back and clear up the situation, not get cops shot I never told yaroslaw to shoot I am not responsible for his actions, in the clip you hear our entire conversation and throughout it I never told him to shoot the cop, I shouldn't be deemed responsible for his doing
