Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - Escalated to a shootout when his friend was told to keep his distance

Why should this appeal be considered?: So, I was in the sewers with Jyrki Parkanen and Lebrauno Tauno and then I saw some random guy gp'ing my friend after I put my gun out of safety to check the situation I realized he might try mugging Jyrki so I took a chance to shoot him. I had no idea that any orders of such were given and in my clip you cannot hear him saying anything. I just took a shot at him in fear of my friends life.

It is apparent from several points of view that the three of you are baiting Dank into gunpointing your friend to then use as KOS, which is a tactic that we deem to be unfair and constitutes a violation of rule 2.5 since you're setting him up for failure here. If he tries anything to defend himself and chase off potential muggers, you shoot him. If he just stands there with a gun out, your friend ISOMIES bats him and disarms him which is a trending behavior, evident in their logs the last few days.

As the victim you cannot win in this situation and we believe it was more than fair for him to pre-emptively gunpoint three unknown people approaching him in a mugging zone.

As for 3.4, you willingly put your life on the line over a situation you and your group created when it would have been simpler to leave the area and stay alive as a result, there was no need to escalate this to a shootout.
