Why should this appeal be considered?: I was doing a bank raid with Eguardo , jacob , jyrki , hua , and Rouge

during the bank raid me and rouge got defibbed and both ran outside with a CPL and SO , i followed the CPL and left rouge with the SO , the CPL hoped in his car and drove away , so i ran to parking garage as you can see in the clip , to citizen Zoe quicker , in the clip i turn around and see no rouge but the officer getting in the car and driving away. As any reasonable person would think i believe Rouge was taken to PD and charged with 11.11 9.5 for a bank raid , i was taken to storage and broken out and did a pd raid to break him out as we did a bank raid together. Apparently he also escaped and said in his org chat he had ran away . I am not in his org and his org members had died in the bank raid so i was unaware. as i left him with the SO it was common sense that the SO would take him to jail and not leave him alone . i could not 'investigate the situation' as i was also wanted for bank and had no contact with org members as they had NLR and where dead , so i did a PD raid . I believe this was not my fault and was reasonable suspicion to do a PD raid as I had left a wanted man with a officer who then left the scene and Rouge was not in sight anywhere near the bank

We reviewed your demo and have come to the conclusion that you did not act accordingly.

In order to raid the PD you need to be extra careful and be confident that the person you're going to break out of jail actually arrives at the PD. This is usually best done by watching them enter the garage as they're being transported in a Police vehicle.
It is not okay to act on assumptions that the person who just raided the bank with you is going to jail. As it turns out, the Police managed to let 2 bank robbers slip away unnoticed. Your friend Rouge managed to hide in the City Hall but you never saw this as you didn't even look back once and you already know how you escaped yourself.

You also admit at this point that you did not even see Rouge being transported back to the Police Department so there was no way for you to be sure if he escaped himself or is in jail.

If you're not confident or can't even investigate the situation to gain solid knowledge that someone landed in jail then there is plenty of time to back out and just not do it. There was nothing to gain in this PD raid and impacted the experience for everyone involved for basically nothing.
