Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 - Pulled a gun out under gunpoint.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Obviously I am sorry for the actions I have done in this situation. Obviously some sort of 3.4 was broken at this point.
I just have some things to point out.
I got banned for a month and another liked player gets banned for a week for the same type of thing? It's like favouritism and being liked on this community I am not going to lie, there is already big claims out on the forums of stuff like this such as players getting logs from other ORG Chats & Staff members scouting bases for loved organisations.. But this once again proves the point...?
I think it just proves that liked players here get less of a ban sentence and people like me (who are hated) get more...
I could point out a few more players I am not aiming this at you personally BTW but I am just using this as a strong point.
See much of a ban difference? Not much, one has 13 one has 14.. One has 6 for 3.4 one has 8.. I know its 2 more but in this case alone it is quite unclear about 3.4. It was broken but it's kind of unclear...?
I couldn't see a thing it's literally pitch black, for all I know they could of been in a big gang and just wanted me a fight? I didn't see a gun.... Or even then they could of had a melee weapon which I could overpower! There is no clear gunpoint here, how could I of known my life was going to be taken completely? I couldn't!
I get out literally the second they say "Out the car" and pull my shotgun. Trying to get the better hand above them. I will be honest I did, it was just natural instinct. But I didn't know there was 2 of them with guns...
Additional Information: Thank you for reading, Just to let you know I am not disputing the ban, just the length of the ban...? I think its quite unfair for this exact case as it is unclear in my defence and other people with similar bans get less time...?
