Why should this appeal be considered?: I have the demo, The original shoot out had my involvement, The revenge i had no part in taking in, I said i was getting offline before it took part, it's not that i disconnected when a report was put in, The admin/Mod that banned me was the one that said she was putting a report in, it's 4:38 in the morning, There where 3 other people who can confirm i was getting off before the revenge took place so wasn't a disconnect to avoid anything it was because I've been playing over 12 hours today and was tired.

When the revenge kill happened i was dealing with a customer at the shop when i heard stuff going on but due to NRL i didn't take any part in it.

I believe if anything a warning may be warranted not sure what for but i don't think a ban should be in place for these events i also think it's slightly unfair that the moderator who said an F6 was going to happen is the same person who banned/dealt with my ban as they where personally involved, i've always dealt with any F6 on this particular occasion it wasn't avoidance but purely the time i had been playing and the time it was for me with it being Half 4 in the morning

This is not the situation you were banned for. You were banned for the situation at Carwash 45 minutes prior. Which I asked you about.

If you had let me know that you were going to disconnect when I said I would open a report with you, this would not have been an issue, and I would have opened a forum PM with you instead.
 
I Came down to the store where you was to explain i was logging but at that time you wasn't there unless you was in the back im not disputing Some punishment a warning at most but i never tried to deliberately avoid the F6 this was just bad timing that the events played out, Im happy to deal with this in a PM but its really late here right now, been active daily for the past week and i try my best to follow the rules. don't deliberately go out of m y way to cause hassle and have a good connection with the community again i didn't disconnect to avoid any punishment
 
(When told staff were gonna open a report with him he disconnected.) Also if it's anything i was told one was being opened but there wasn't an active one opened when i left.

( "series of "revenges") From my knowledge there was only the single revenge attack that happened as 2 of us left the server not long after that.
 
1.6 Players must follow administrators’ instructions and respond truthfully to inquiries.
Which instruction's didn't i follow, No F6 was open and no instructions where giving

This is the clip where i was told i wasn't near the shootout when it happened and where i can also confirm after "Wallace" Said im getting off i went down to the shop where ellie was stood to say i was leaving as well i checked the shop to see if ellie was there to say i was leaving and she wasn't There i also check players online, also i was told "I think a report is being opened" and not "I'm opening a report"

The shootout where i wasn't in my shop but infact where the shoot out happened

@CreatedDigital I believe you have misunderstood why you were banned, the ban isn't for 3.20 it is for

The clips you have provided are in defence of 3.20 and not 1.6 & 3.4. Can you amend your dispute to reflect the actual reason for your ban, including accompanying evidence or if you believe that the ban is valid and you no longer wish to dispute it I can close this dispute for you.

1.6, 3.4 - User involved himself in a shootout for no valid reason which ended up in his death and turned into a series of "revenges" between the orgs. When told staff were gonna open a report with him he disconnected.

I've understood this bit, I explained to ellie in game the shots sounded like they where coming towards meet off the car which you can see in the clip, the revenge only happened once not a series or Org vs org, I explained to ellie i didn't disconnect to avoid punishment, i disconnected as it was 4:30 in the morning and i was heading off already (Evident in the video), She said she thinks one will be open (evident in the video) not one is being opened, and i did go down to the her shop to see if she was still there to say im logging off (Evident in the video) i never intended to avoid any punishment the other person involved also had an F6 and was let off without even a warning but i received a ban

The ban was for 1.6 and 3.4 but for the rule of 1.6 i was never given instructions to follow so couldn't even break that rule

Can you provide evidence and a statement in defence of the 3.4, please?

Only solely referencing that incident and not the disconnection.

For the 1.6, did you attempt to reach Ellie or another staff member via F6 before disconnecting?

The 3.4 was the final clip sent where the shoot out took place, in the video the shots landing sounded close and sounded to me like they was coming off the cars near me after the person no cliped up the building at that point i went to my shop and got my gun, this is what was also explained to ellie the night i was questions, i also explained as i am not trying to avoid any punishment for any genuine mistakes but i don't beleive it warranted a ban as im the only person who received the ban everyone else who received the F6 got a warning
 
It was a genuine mistake i'm just hoping you can take into consideration, it was 4:30 in the morning, i had been awake for over 32 hours at that point and on the server for 16ish hours i mistook the shots for being near/at me which is where the retaliation came in and left the server because i was tired if i was told "a report IS being put in" and not "that she THINKS ones may be made" again which can been seen in the video i would of stayed a little longer
 
Since the ban is now up im looking to update this dispute to have it considered to be removed from the record as i still believe it wasn't justified
