I refuse to have this guy reviewing my appeal and would like another more respectable admin to handle this case im not writing whole 250 character essay I already explained in my previous appeal not going back and forth

He doesn’t accept fault at all, he said he was going to change the ban to a warning until you started being disrespectful. Please list the full reason for you killing the firefighter and not responding to the staff member via the report

how am i being disrespectful when this guy bans me for no reason no warning or nothing. I put the reason for killing the firefighter in the last appeal and if it was wrong I already apologized and I already spent 10 minutes in jail. I responded to his report and asked for clarification before I was banned which he already said he didn't see. I dont see the guy who killed me WHILE IM DOING THE TUTORIAL getting jailed and banned like i did. saying I'm being "disrespectful" is opinionated and has nothing to do with why i was banned in the first place. I wasnt banned for being disrespectful i still dont know why i was console banned from a server i just joined with no warning.

calling out your mod for being emotional and unhelpful is not disrespect, saying I didn't respond to the request when I did is bs, and like i said he could have pulled me for a sit and had a conversation face to face like they do in other servers if it was that serious instead of typing to me though some chat on a forum on some random website.
