Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello, I want to dipute a ban that I got 2 days ago and I wanted to tell you that I did not disconnect from the server. I have crashed from the game and then I connected again and got to holding. then, my entire game went off and I was about to connect again and it told me that I have been banned from the server.
according to rule 3.20 you should wait 10 mins and you haven't wait 10 mins and banned me after the second game crash
I wish you understand the reason of the disconnect that you banned me for and will unban me or at least lower the ban.
