Why should this appeal be considered?: Hey, I know it's been a while since my ban, but here goes another attempt. I was banned for cheating, and as far as I know, the cheating I was suspected for and banned for was the kind I despise. From my information, how I got banned was from the newly, at the time, updated anticheat that had flagged me for cheating. I got told by Aqua that there's no way it would wrongfully flag me. This made no sense at all for me the first day. But after some time, me and Franko, that also got flagged and banned after the updated anticheat, realized the only connection between us two being banned: we had used a rather unusual crosshair program, which at the time was wrong since it was against the rules and gave an unfair advantage, which I admit is in some way just as bad. We later emailed the support of Hudsight, and their words were along the lines of "the only thing that would flag the anticheat would be if you had the hook options," but he also made it clear that they themselves don't try to hide that they are a crosshair application. I myself really don't have any idea how it works, but I'm sure there's someone who does. I do agree that I might have needed a ban. I don't really have a problem with the ban itself after looking back at it now, but rather the reason why I was banned and how it hinders me from making an apology.

Additional Information: I'm not trying to get unbanned or anything, just hoping the reason could be changed to something like "Crosshair" or something similar.

I have also used the same program that Seke had used, yet I was not caught and banned for "Cheating". One year ago, Seke gave me code to activate hudsight 2, then Franko taught me how to use it and I have been using it since then. After quite some time of using it, I gave Franko's code to a player called @Simpatik which he then used the crosshair with the same settings as Franko and Seke then got banned. Before he was banned, I messed around with my settings and changed it to "real overlay", which is a setting that:

"doesn't touch any process in Real Overlay mode, it creates special window (or widget as in xbox game bar) which is on top over all other windows even in fullscreen mode"

Then I introduced @24k3 to hudsight 2 around a year ago. I told him to change the hook settings to "Real Overlay" then taught him how to use it.

When Simpatik was banned for "Cheating" he was confused on how and we did not know what has actually got him banned. From what he said, he had "cheats" that he used to 1v1 with his friends. I found it hard to believe at first until I checked the demo that was used to confirm there were no "false positives". The demo consisted of 1 raid that had 1 flick that anyone on Perpheads can do it.

Then when Franko and Seke were banned, they were both using the same hook settings which was "Default", which is also a setting that:

"injects its code into game process. This is of course detectable thing as any other overlay. Only anti-cheat software decides what to do with these injections."

All players that were using the same settings, Franko, Seke and Simpatik, were banned for "Cheating". Except me and 24k3 as we were using "Real Overlay" (24k3 was banned after he was snitched on and not caught by the anti-cheat).

Question is how am I sure that they were not cheating?

I have been metagaming with Franko on discord ever since he snitched on 16:9 and we were always screensharing and looking at each other's screens and have never seen anything suspicious. Franko sent me his demos that were requested to make sure they were not "false positives" and they were also normal.

The reason I am sending this in this dispute is because I have been ignored/taken as a joke by multiple Administrators+ whenever I bring up this situation, hopefully you don't!
