Why were you punished?: 2.5,3.4- User had broken out a player who had stabbed him due to wishing to put a blood decal below a door at Motel, he was seen by cops doing this and was placed in custody, he originally had stated that he was assaulted by this player, resulting in the players arrest, This user then had attempted a PD raid to break out the player in custody. User had escalated the situation more then was required, resulting in a negative impact for the police for no sufficient reasoning.
Why should this appeal be considered?: My friend Friedrich and I were exploring the secrets of the city going from note to note to unlock the door to the underground for a event I was planning regarding giving away a lot of money for people who would win.
We got lost in the lore of the city, then eventually found a clue to the mayor's office. Megasaw being the mayor on duty, I called him to play off as the Press so we can get in to his office for collecting that document as shown below:
After this interview became heated, the mayor proposed we have a court case. Friedrich and myself accepted this great idea because we would've loved to create interesting roleplay for even more people.
Immediately, we embarked on collecting all the evidence and piecing together a deposition to prosecute the mayor for corruption or otherwise blackmail him in the future court trial roleplay event we were hoping to have.
Here is a preview of all the evidence to prove what I am saying:
During our mission, we found the clue below:
Notice the body and the room number. When we look back we find a link as the Strutatech worker:

After all this context, we come to the final piece of evidence we hoped to collect at Room 12 of the Motel to indict the mayor of government corruption and conspiracy to a murder.
At the room 12, we planned to plant a blood stain at the door then photograph it to use later in the court case.
Unfortunately, despite our best effort to be aware of police presence and all our attempts to avoid an unnecessary shootout, the police spotted us in the exact second I consented to my friend to stab me once in a calculated manner.
The second stab was a misunderstanding which was unprompted.
The intended stab only left me slightly injured, although bleeding like intended to plant that stain.
Its important to consider I had 6 bandages, 6 stim packs, and 5/5 regeneration gene making it extremely unlikely for this to risk my life; freedom or safety.
The officers who arrived showed up to apprehend my friend, and when my friend ran I made the split second decision.
On one hand, If I was upfront with them that it was an accident or it was intentional, I feared they would still charge him with 9.2 then a shootout was forced upon us all. Not only that, but I would be cuffed also for being affiliated which leads to my contraband being seized and gives away my freedom.
On the other hand, if I played along as a victim for a moment to gain their trust and then leverage that to use my available car to scoop my friend then drive away, that negates the need for anyone to get hurt as well as allows us to preserve our freedom.
I obviously chose the latter by telling the cops I was a victim, then strategically entered my vehicle to drive to roadcrew in the effort of "helping them catch the guy".
I parked my car, engine on, facing out, then exited to "confront him" feigning emotion that I am super upset that he stabbed me. Noticing the officer dragging him, and knowing this means his escape would be impossible while his arrest is imminent, I decided to angrily shout for my friend to "LOOK AT ME" which indirectly led to the officer believing me then no longer dragging my friend.
At this point, I was not aware of how to signal to my friend to get in the car so I can drive him away. I decided to try my best to whisper to him but the officer caught my whisper then communicated to all his fellow units my true intentions.
The officers on the scene started loading up in their cruisers as I begged and pleaded to talk by explaining the situation, only to be ignored as they rushed him for a 9.2 sentencing.
At this point, I believe my hand was forced.
I tried scooping him, requesting supervisor, pleading to explain, and negotiating a hostage all to no avail.
Under the rules, from the start, a mere calculated stab does not put my safety at risk given all the important considerations that safeguard my character from actual danger, all the way to imminent danger of a serious sentence being enacted on my accomplice in an attempt to commit blackmail.
There was a step-by-step escalation and a sincere effort within good faith intention to leverage a feasible chance of escaping without having to resort to violence every step of the way.
After the officers loaded up Friedrich, I noticed them leaving behind a lone officer. I kidnapped the officer, with the intention of STILL avoiding a shootout. The officer complied, I took him in zipties, stole his equipment, then collected geared up at public storage.
Finally, I planned to enter with a secondary on the ready as I hoped to simply go in silent then possibly negotiate my way out with my friend having his gun also on the hostage so we can make a clean getaway where no one has to be hurt.
When I entered, my plan was met with a heavy geared TFO and 3 pistol officers all on the stairwell still having not processed Friedrich. This means my ability to negotiate is completely destroyed by the known fact that if only one gun is on the hostage, police would shoot 99% of the time.
In that split second, I had to shoot. I opened fire on the police initiating a shootout to raid the police department in an effort to rescue my friend for the 9.2 charge he was at danger of.
I killed the entire police force, then escaped, and was promptly banned for this situation for 2 months.
