Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4, 2.5 - User decided to kill police to save another player who wasn't wanted for anything. This resulted in a shootout, resulting in mutliple deaths for an unjustified reason which could of been avoided by a simple investigation

Why should this appeal be considered?: I will try to make this as short as possible

- I get a message from a PLTG member that one of them is 10 toes while Im sitting at bazaar, they engage police at car dealer DD
- I see / hear them shooting police, I try to help but they already saved the person that was 10 so I get in my car
- The shootout extends to the casino so I drive there to check out the situation, I see a PLTG member downed (saphira harlow), obviously shot by police, I knew he had a scar on him earlier
- I wait for him to get revived and call for help from my own org
- I shoot police when I see him in back of a cruiser, still at casino

I got banned because Saphira never got to shoot his gun, he aimed at the police and then got downed by police, It almost feels like I'm getting a ban because he has a skill issue, this technically made him not 10 toes, I was told I should've investigated more by asking if he was 10 toes but to be honest if I was in his situation where my friends just killed a bunch of police but I never got to shoot my weapon and got downed by PD while aiming at them I would still consider myself 10.

I had reason to believe Saphira was 10 as he was facing 9.2 or 9.3 and since it was an active shootout most likely 9.2, especially when there were 3 dead officers right next to his body

IF a rule break did occur, I don't think punishing me for 3.4 and 2.5 for the exact same thing is fair, I got 3.4 and 2.5 for the exact same reason

tl;dr : a friend has told me he / his group are KOSing police, I see one of them downed with 2-3 dead cops next to him, I kos police when he gets revived and put in a cruiser and I get banned because he got downed by police before he had a chance to shoot

Additional Information: I would like to apologize for uploading the evidence as a demo file, I tried to get a video but it would crash my game whenever I opened it, I did load into the server before opening it but it just didn't help, but I would just recommend not even looking at the demo if you still believe I'm guilty after reading what happened from my side, the situation starts somewhere after 50k tick in the demo when I take a scar out of a bazaar store storage

In this situation the players who were 10-toes had already been broken out and had left the scene fully, some more investigation would likely have revealed that Saphira was still being investigated where the outcome was not fully decided, nor was it likely that the punishment this player would have received was excessive to a degree where it would have justified engaging in a shootout to break the player out.

You engaged with the assumption that the player was currently 10-toes, however, assumptions are not solid enough without a full context of what the player had recently done and you must ensure that the player you are planning on breaking out has committed a crime that would justify this act.
