Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello gentlemen, the reason why i got banned is because i was being held gunpoint while i was leaving my base, the person who gunpointed me was on teamspeak whispering so i heard half of what he was saying , i know it is hard to believe and in the video he sent it looked like i was stalling but i genuinely wasn’t stalling all i heard was this:
1- when i opened the door he said ‘hands up’
2- while i was explaining he said ‘talk to me’ ( WHILE I WAS ACTIVELY TALKING but in the demo there is no sound from my voice ) but while i was talking he said "talk to me" so i kept explaining to him that i know him
3- at the end when he said ‘handsup’
the sound is in the video in evidence section. i'm so glad i was able to get my POV from this
i complied to everything he said , when he told me to put my hands up i did.

Additional Information: Staff member TYMOON007 did nothing wrong , i just did not have a clip of the situation so not much he could have done there . thank you for reading <3

Your evidence in this situation is very important, as it appears that you did comply with the commands that you were actually able to hear. I assume the player meant to say "Don't talk to me", but I agree that it sounds like "talk to me", which you did.
Considering not all of the commands that the player meant to give to you came through on your end, we believe the ban is no longer valid.
