Why were you banned/blacklisted: 2.5, 1.1, 1.3 - User shot two unarmed people who were posing no active threat to his life, in the sit called me "bias" and questioned how "people like you get mod".
Why should this appeal be considered: This is not an apology, this is a ban dispute. I have been banned for apparently shooting two unarmed civilians who were totally not involved with the situation causing them to get shot for. The situation was as follows :
- I am casually driving about and drive to RC to get my car fixed. While i go to get the money, person who's friend I have killed 15 minutes earlier is not ramming my car aggresivelly, causing RC to get run over and nearly making contact with me. I know this person wants to kill me as they were already following me on the highway and they saw me kill their friend. I then as a reflex pull out my gun and start shooting at the car (while it's still ramming my car). After this, 3 people jump out of the car which was trying to murder me and damage my property and i open fire on the driver and the passengers. I kill 2 of the passengers. I then get taken into an admin sit and they are telling me how I killed people who were unarmed and I am now in the wrong. This whole situation was caused by the car ramming me and trying to kill me and the moderator Tom is telling me that I am wrong for killing these people because they were not involved? But they were in the car that was trying to murder me. So lets say, in real life, your mate just robbed a shop and you jump in his car - you are innocent right? But when police pull you over you are both arrested for obvious reasons - you both seem to be involved. Even though you personally havent robbed the shop, it seems like you are involved as you are together with the person who DID do it. I think the ban of 5 days is completely unjustified - the only justified reason to ban me was the fact that I questioned how people like Tom get moderator which sounded rude to him but not to me, but i wouldnt know better.

Additional Comment(s): The moderator basically told me i would have to wait for them to pull out guns on me before i can shoot them which caused me to burst into extreme laughter just from how silly that sounds.

Absolutely not, you JUST got banned for this, and with two staff members reviewing it beforehand no less. Blobvis was willing to go further into it but Tom figured the sit was dragging on for too long, so he stopped him.

You were disrespectful in the sit towards Tom, and also slandered him.

You called him biased, stupid and claimed he was enforcing the rules completely wrong. This is slander and disrespectful behavior, and is incredibly stupid behavior when you are the victim of an incoming punishment due to your actions. In fact, Tom was willing to let you leave without a punishment before you made these claims in both voice chat and in text chat. You are the one who changed his mind, and you only have yourself to blame.

On top of this you were in full denial, not once did you attempt to admit wrongdoing to anything, and made up excuses as to why you would be in the right the entire way through.

You claimed in the sit that you shot two visibly unarmed people, one of which was actually armed, but had no intent to return fire, because you "though they were gonna shoot" you. You THOUGHT the rest of the occupants were going to side with the driver and open fire because "duh same team", and you also called us "the enemy team" like this was some sort of CSGO match. You were recently unbanned for this sort of thing where you broke 2.5, a permaban if I might add, then you do it again. Tom was actually nice to give you a shorter ban despite your record, and if I was to judge the situation I'd say his patience was wearing thin, it was like talking to a brick wall when you were in question.

Just because someone is a passenger of a vehicle does not mean they have the same intent as the driver.
This is like comparing a suddenly suicidal driver you're a passenger of, and the other driver who was hit by the vehicle you were in, started claiming you attempted to murder him, despite just sitting there without any knowledge the driver of your vehicle would do something like this.

This is the same situation, just slightly different. I sat through the entire ordeal until you started shooting, in which case I jumped out to preserve my own life as I would eventually die due to the bullets being pumped into the vehicle.
In the video you can see me peak my head out again, this is me reaching across my keyboard to switch my music off, which isn't within finger's reach of my play keys, and CTRL also interferes with the playback system. So I was forced to let go of CTRL to enable the pause key.

So you want me to WAIT for you to start shooting me and then i shoot you?

Tom was explaining this to you. You don't assume people are involved in something just because they're nearby eachother, or in this case in the same car.
In this instance we were just hanging out talking shit, driver does something we don't really support and we're all shot for it.

If that's what you prefer, sure, wait for us to start shooting toward you, but there are other ways to figure out who's involved and who is not. You could also have gunpointed us as an alternative if you are going to commit to the whole "protect my car and myself" scheme you keep telling us.
