Ayjay Harlem with my weapon raised for about two seconds along with Ben Standish in my sight lines. You can clearly see from the video that I had a nice, crystal clear view of both individuals and would've been able to easily shoot them if they were to raise a weapon.

You had a sniper rifle aimed at AyJay, not Ben. Ben was not in direct sight of your shot either he could of ran up to you put a shell in your chest at point blank range while you would still be scoping down the end of the rifle.

You had clear sight of both of them yes,

But I wouldn't say anything if the guy on the left shot me.


He was trying to save an org member which is what you are supposed to do in crescendo.

I was a highly trained SWAT officer; would I pull a gun out in front of them? Also, your diagram is much more spaced out than the situation that happened. Another reason is he had no reason to pull out his weapon. I have consulted Bolli, too.

Standish went behind the car to take his gun out whilst your aim was elsewhere:

And yes you could make the argument that he drew the shotgun before going behind the car for cover however as seen in the screenshot below the demo is being viewed at 31% of it's actual speed meaning you're bound to see the flaw in the human reaction of him clicking to equip and place his shotgun in his attack stance:

I can neither support or oppose this ban request without seeing Standish's perspective.

And regarding his reasons for shooting you, I don't know the full story so I cannot comment, however if you have an m24 sniper aimed at them they must be in some serious shit that they will want to get out of.

I am in agreement with moron, I would like to see the events from standish's perspective. This will be a tough eon for Tobi to call I think.

This ban request is simply about specifics, the exact moment in time that this happened. He clearly did not intentionally (if he did) break 3.4.. it's obvious.
I'm pretty sure from Standish's perspective I was in-front of him and also when he took the gun out of the trunk he was totally not in range for you to shoot meaning he
had time to take it out and shoot you.

When he took out the gun as moron displays he was clearly out of range of your weapon. And also as Moron says, you've got a sniper pointed at him. He must be in a bad situation which he'd be very eager to get out of.

I may aswell explain the full story as it goes.
We were being constantly raided at the farm, countless police bodies had racked up, and we believed we could leave without us making a loss. As we left, we put in org we're moving out, but we just saw the SWAT van pass the intersection. At this point, Lockwood tells us there are still drugs in the building. I told Ayjay he can either get out now or try and retrieve the drugs. (Don't know if he heard me as he still said "go to the bank?" after I was halfway down the intersection. We then arrived and saw a SWAT unit, I was going to run him down and secure the drugs and bail. this didn't go to plan and I resorted to going ham with a remmington. From my range it looked as though Ayjay was up in your grill and you were being distracted by him. (You would be heavily distracted by a man up in your face asking questions as it seemed at the time) I believed Ayjays body was blocking and distracting his vision whilst I hid and prepared myself with a shotgun, I may have drawn the shotgun before I crouched behind my car, but this is due to the fact he had slowed the recording down dramatically, it was just human error and me preparing myself too fast, so the whole action of me equipping and crouching behind the car could have been milli seconds/ seconds. I then got ready to kill you and run inside and then carry out the rest of my plan, but instead I shot you, my shell also hit Ayjay when I tried to strafe left to compensate for the spread, but it killed him regardless, I panicked, turned around to look at the other cop and he shot me down.

Due to the range I wouldn't have been able to see where the gun was pointed, you were scoped in, I wasn't.
It was also worth returning to retrieve the drugs, I didn't want DNA samples found of me and a life sentence issued for multiple acts of murder and the use of drugs.

I just ready Morons post in detail, and due to the fact you had the speed so slow, I got my shotgun out as I went to crouch behind my car.

Firstly you had the demo at 31% so of course you are going to see Standish when his out in the open,
Secondly they did have some "serious shit to get out off" which is about 15 or so body's to Standishs name because the force get raiding at least 3 waves or so,
Thirdly why would you have a sniper out to get someone at gun point this is not call of duty where you can just quick scope someone, I mean think of it like this snipers are very powerful weapons with a huge recoil.If you wanted to shoot it you would want to get in a nice comfortable position so that it accurate and does not hurt your shoulder.
Furthermore you were distracted by Ayjay so you would not be able to scope in get comfortable then scope in then shoot in real life and shotgun does not require the same amount of care, so it would easily beat a sniper in close quarters.
Also Standish was not gun pointed so he was not in real danger, Ayjay was the one gun pointed.
Thats my verdict on the situation, I hope you do not banned for such a invalid reason,
