Why Should This Player Be Punished: Violation of 3.21, and 3.4. Ran through the highway towards the bazaar without providing a valid reason when confronted, then hit my police car. Tried to prevent the player from getting to the PD side of the highway, only to run across to the other side and almost getting hit by a blue car. Later went AFK then DC'd when battered to death by baton for what would seem to be resisting.
