Reason: Failing as cop multiple times, I tied him up and he was moving freely, Fail Chief attitude. PS :This is guy has failed a lot of times, yesterday I got warranted 2 times for the same reason(threatning the chief,which was him). He gave my car a ticket(my car was behind the slums, and he didn't understood slums has no parking spot, that's why i threatned him)

I was in also watching Rex Terrain, FailRP, He threatning that he's gonna ban me personly.
