Liam is indeed violating rule 1.1 - I will not deny that, notwithstanding, I would personally not issue him a punishment for this unless there are further complaints as it is such an insignificant issue at this time.

Side Note
From my experience you have demonstrated a similar attitude recently, and thus I wouldn't be surprised if prior to this you provoked Liam in a similar matter.
Treat others respectfully if you wish to be respected.
Next time you slander me (or anyone else for that matter) over the OOC, I will intervene since it seems to be an important issue to you.

Liam isn't physic, he doesn't know you're had "issues", why is it his fault? You're manipulating the fact that you have had mental issues to make Liam look worse. If you have mental issues and they get provoked by people insulting you or joking with you, don't use the internet.

I.M.O: Liam broke 1.1, he obviously has learnt his lesson, and he insults me all the time and we're friends. Most of the time I just ignore what he says and it works for me.

As for Zan, he can give it but he can't take it.

This all really could of been avoided, Murtsley's post below pretty much sums up my opinion:

I'd like to throw this out there, banter isn't your "Get Out of Jail Free" card from the 1.1 rule, if someone makes a warning/ban request on a 1.1 rule breakage we will take it seriously. I'm also going to note that if you know people who like banter, go ahead. I'm not saying that banter is a bad thing, but if someone posts a ban request on you if it's just banter or not it's on your head, and we will judge it accordingly.​

You honestly overreacted @Liam and @Zan, you retaliated. Please demolish this 'We hate each other cult' and shake hands and move on. No serious punishment will be made, apart from a stern warning for you Liam (There was no need to conduct yourself like that in OOC). Stop rating each other dumb and conspiring against each other. Please do not let any more problems occur between you two. We'll just leave it at that.
