Hi, today I was playing PERPHeads and a man found his car that was stollen outside the bank. I decided to stick to roleplay and checked for the cars' numberplate and compared it to the id of the owner who was there. I found out that the car had been stollen by Matty Abdullah who was sat inside the car at the time. However, Matty Abdullah was (I believe) pretending to be AFK to avoid the situation. One or two minutes later, Matty Abdullah then immediately returned and drove at full speed, hitting me with the car. A few seconds later he crashed at the hospital and made a run for it. I chased him until he reached the PD where he jumped into his car. I immediately gun pointed him to stop him driving away, he ignored the gunpoint and drove away causing me to shoot the back of his car 2/3 times. I called a Moderator called Stomper, he teleported to Matty Abdullah to find out that he was AFK once again therefore judgement could not be placed.

Why Should This Player Be Punished: As far as I am aware, this person broke rules 2.1 'Play realistically', I am not too sure about rule 3.16 'AFK', rule 3.3 'Realistic Actions' and 3.6 'Staying Alive'. These are possible multiple rules which the player has broken.
