mhhh i understand they weren't taking it serious, but i also understand your view, which i'm guessing is that its a serious rp server. Anyways this shouldn't have happened. Admin should treat this as a normal report.

In this report, Ben is shown to have thrown corpses around which would constitute a violation of rule 2.1 and thus he will receive a warning for this. As for the person that he shot, he is clearly shown punching Ben, and therefore under section 11.11 of the law, his actions equate to intent to harm, if not direct threat. You also seem to disregard that the person that was gunpointed broke rule 3.4 by running away, and that no shots would have been fired had he not done so.
