Why Should This Player Be Punished: The player wanted a talk with me (the mayor), after I said no, the player told his friend to start the car. He then pulled out a glock (breaking 3.3 and 3.4) and started to tell me to get in the car, hoping to take me hostage (breaking 5.6, as the player only wanted me to lower the taxes and it wouldn't of helped his cause). This was also all happening outside the PD. The player also fired the gun once, which in real life would have alerted the NPC in the lobby who would have called for officers. This was also happening in front of two witnesses. (This breaks 2.1 and 6.3)
