Reason:
3.4 Failed to recognise me as an officer having him upon gunpoint whilst he was mindlessly trespassing at PD running from an officer with a baton equipped saying "hands up don't shoot".
Ethan also claimed that the other officer Max did not hit him with the batten, however this is made clear in the video.

As long as Ethan shows evidence he didn't see the gun, I will be happy to have this locked

I've watched the demo of the situation from both perspectives, and I can confirm Ethan didn't see the gun being pointed directly at him in an offensive manner during this situation.
