Reason: FailRP, RDM, rule 3.4 (Not the first time). For 1-2 months ago, I saw him break the rules, and he wouldn't stop. I told him to stop, but still like that. Let's talk about this one.I was a cop, without vehicle. I saw him punching someone with his bat at the bank. I handcuffed him and dragged. We were at the PD garage, and he just tried to run away when I was dragging him (Broke rule 3.4). I tried to arrest him, but first, I tried to take the bat from him and I was pointing a gun at him (Just to be sure), when he just ran away and jumped around the PD (Inside ofc.).
I arrested him and resigned. He came back (after 3 mins). He did this after coming back http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SxE4yqNgM58&feature=youtu.be and said "I don't give a shiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet" as you can see.
