Why Should This Player Be Punished: Basically I drove behind them at slums not knowing they was after me, they hopped out the car put me at gunpoint on a busy road, and a road next to the police department.
I complied but Stomper told me to, what it was heard of "get in the car or imma shoot you", so after getting into the vehicle I got told "if you get out imma shoot you" so I didn't get out because I didn't want to break 3.4.
He then told me to get out of the car and told me thats what he said all along please take a long look at my evidence.

I don't think that him being in the heat was a valid reason, even though his next to a PD?

Puma being on the scene he agreed too that it was unrealistic next to a PD and on a busy road in-front of witnesses and a PD.

While I don't see any problems with the way the situation was actually executed, I do agree that it was done in a very public area, I drive down there a lot. There's also the fact that the situation was nearly a minute long, which makes it even more of a 3.4 breach.

To be fair, I think the original plan was just to do a driveby of sorts but one of them pussied out. From Stompers POV it might have looked like you were stalling but I can understand your point of view which was his accent.

Also to say that they didn't bother hiding the body or finishing me off since the S.W.A.T. arrived and the medic revived me soon after since Jack Noah called them, @Puma123 was there too.

Did you mention what you did to me? You and @John Daymon stole weapons from my trunk. I was not thinking what I was doing when I gave you trunk access. Also I have seen a lot of people gunpoint someone near the PD. After that we didn't hear a single bit about the cops.

What I've seen from this, is Stomper being outside the slums apts which is close to the police station shoot an unarmed person in the face due to him stealing from an organisation member. Now, I'd approve of this if it was at the farm.. or even somewhere inside a house however this took place outside a police department. Why not just mug him, or put him in your car and take him somewhere? @Stomper this could of been handled much differently.

I'm not too sure what the whole get in the car.. get out of the car thing was about. From what I can see, stomper has told Aaron to get inside his own car and has then told him two times that if he gets out of his car he will be shot. I think that Stomper has then used that to his advantage and made Aaron get out of his car.. kind of like a Simon's says kind of pun. I'm not overally sure, I mean.. Aaron was going to die either way. Stomper could of even meant get inside his car, but this entire roleplay situaiton was sloppy and Stomper in my opinion could of taken it to somewhere more secluded. But come on, the Slums are the slums.. the worst place in the city to some standards and a gunshot there would probably go un-noticed for a while. But it is next to the PD, swaying my opinion more to Aarons side.

I'd say Stomper should get a talking to, or warning for 3.4 and 2.1; a ban is a little heavy as the situation could of been perceived in several ways. This was done on a public sight, in plain view of the police parking lot.


It's really up to the Admin at hand to deal with the 3.4 to a full extent, and see if it's ban or warning worthy - Either way, Stomper did break rules here and he should be punished.

For me it looks like they tried to kidnap you in a public area (a road in the middle of the city where at any moment a car could drive by). Also it was next to the PD so there was a BIG chance of a patrol unit driving by.

I don't really see why he would ask you to give his stuff back, then shoot you. Now he has no chance of getting his stuff back. His commands were very confusing and he did gunpoint you in the middle of the public. They should've lured you into a secluded spot to mug you or threaten you. However I don't think there was anything wrong with him killing you or giving you commands seeming as your life was at risk; but he didn't really have a reason to shoot you because you were no immediate threat to him. I'm going to lean towards a +Support for now.

He stole from us so we had a reason to kill him and I had plan to hide the body and go in hiding which I did. The police or aaron never found me.

I felt as my life was soon going to be in danger due to me seeing his buddy texting someone and the person arriving I was going to be out numbered.

However the plans were not to kill him but to kidnap him to get our shit back, but I was relying on my guys to get him in the car.

After having a discussion with @Stomper, I have come to the decision to close and (not neccessarily) deny this ban request. After reviewing the evidence it was clear to me that one, both parties were equal to blame in terms of how they handled things within the situation. Two, it was an unfortunate event that didn't go to plan; I could tell that the idea of all of that was to get in and out, not get in and freeze and forget the plan in terms of what to do. This obviously had a huge impact in terms of how the situation itself panned out. All of this and more makes me feel that this was all just a pure screw up, therefore only verbal warnings will be given out to all parties involved. Thanks for making the ban request!​
