In the video you show several times that you violated 3.20 by crashing into walls and so on, you even jumped out of the vehicle once and stayed there for a while. Your vehicle would've been destroyed.
Anyways, the user showed several times in the demo that she tried to do handbreak turns so you would get fooled or loose speed in the end she tries to do it again but fails and you crash into her.
