Reason: I was getting petrol for my car and then this guy comes up as a cop and starts pointing a gun at me for no reason. He then plants road spikes in front of my car and THEN shoots it until it wrecks. He then states how bored he is, and eventually drives off. (The evidence pretty much speaks for itself)
Evidence: I put a recording of the demo on YouTube (The forums won't let me upload from my demo folder for some reason)
