Suggestion Title: Bank Should Close After 00:00
Suggestion Description: I just think that its a unfair time for officers to defend a bank robbery with 4 officers online and i have realised that big orgs wait for this time to do the robbery

Why should this be added?:
This is pretty much a untouched flawed thats easily overlooked by staffs/owners but i think this is unfair for the police trying to defend the bank and also unfair to the rest of the citizens becouse they have a org/team they now can take advantage of this and grow there orgs hugely

What negatives could this have?:
This strategi could and maybe already have send the paralake city into inflation

This is a pretty flawed suggestion where there has not been much thought placed into it. First of all, closing the bank after midnight (presumably you mean IRL time in your timezone) is silly as this will prevent all players from purchasing properties to do some late-night basing, crafting, selling items, etc. which severely limits their options for roleplaying and having fun - which is something we obviously do not wish to be restricting on the players.

As for the bank robberies themselves, the payout scales with the amount of cops on duty at the start of the bank raid so larger organisations are already incentivised to raid the bank when there are more cops in service for a greater payout. But even then, robbing the bank is also an opportunity to have some fun for both police and criminals as it does not happen as frequently as raids and it's a unique criminal situation. You claim it's not fair on police having only four cops defending the bank but if the cops in question are competent and strategic about their approach to dealing with the bank robbers, you'll find that police stand a pretty good chance - even better if one of those cops is TFU whitelisted.

But outright closing the bank at midnight to prevent bank robberies has it's obviously large drawbacks and does not have the support of the community based on the current amount of downvotes on your suggestion.
