Today I was banned permanently for the reason "Alt account - STEAM_0:1:111216805" I took a look at that steam profile I've never played on that account before im hoping I can talk to staff about how I can fix this.

Can you explain why you think im ban evading? The account linked is 7 years old I would've been 7 at that time on top of that you can look at my profile and see that I have way more then 2 days worth of items.
