Go for a low budget PC when you only play games like Gmod and CSGO.
If you build the PC and pick all parts yourself, it's cheaper instead of buying a prebuilt PC or anything, especially when using mindfactory.de it's a german site but most of the stuff on it are cheaper, atleast for me they are, it saved me 100-150 dollars by buying my parts on this site when I built mine.
