Suggestion Title: Best content creator/Best editor awards
Suggestion Description: Add community awards for the best content creator and best editor.

Why should this be added?:
- People will put more effort into montages (hopefully less frickass montages with 0 editing)
- More people may begin making content/montages
- Cooler content
- People will have a chance to be awarded for their hard work

What negatives could this have?:
- People who don't realise they can just not watch a montage if they don't like montages will cry

What problem would this suggestion solve?: I feel like recently there has been a decline in unique montages that people actually put effort into, which is quite sad since watching perpheads montages was one of my favourite things to do when I was new to the game, in fact im almost certain that if it wasn't for montages I wouldn't even still be playing perp. I would love for montages to get as popular as they once were again. (all my personal opinon)

Barely any montages are entertaining anymore, the idea of this award is to create more high quality montages.

1. If a montage is boring its not gonna win an award
2. If a montage is boring just don't watch it, i've clicked off of plenty of montages if I don't enjoy them
3. Who says it has to be montages, for example I believe @MegaFro is working on some kind of video project

There is a reason I didn't suggest it to be best montage, if people thought all of the montages in the year were boring and there were cool video projects then the creator of those would win, if people thought there were some unique and innovative montages then they would win.
