Billy is a great roleplayer. He really takes the game serious which makes perp more fun. It is just great to see someone roleplaying like this on daily basis. I guess we all appreciate that Billy. We need more people like you.
I'm not sure if serious is the word I'd use but he's certainly an interesting factor to add to the server. I think that he's been doing a pretty good job at making the server a funnier place
