Why should this appeal be considered?: Lagunov Cab Co would like to apologize for the incident. Currently our company holds excellent record when it comes to following traffic laws and almost all our customers arrive to their destination safe and well.
The incident took place due to our companies policy to prioritize customers satisfaction even if it means helping them evade the law. Our partner that provides us with legal services Lagunov Law Firm has been dismissed due to bad advice and we have made changes in our company policy to assure that this incident does not happen again.
Paralake city needs Lagunov Cab Co to provide transportation for the common public. There are almost no incidents except this one and our professional drivers have been trained with new policy when it comes police chases and having suspects in our vehicles. Lagunov Cab Co would like apologize for the incident and assures future cooperation with the law.
