Suggestion Description: Adding a Body Cam for heavy TFU

Why should this be added?:
- as shown here https://perpheads.com/threads/bodycamra.60985/ in this thread Body cams were added for Regular officers and light TFU gear but Not heavy. This might sound dumb but I think it should be added to heavy TFU gear as well.

What negatives could this have?:
- N/A

What problem would this suggestion solve?: It should be added since Heavy doesn't have one

Yeah first person can acc see what tfu do then would be sick though go pro on a helmet
